Terms and Conditions for Accommodation at Elite Residence, Prague

1. Final Sale: All bookings made for accommodation at Elite Residence in Prague are considered final. Once a reservation is confirmed, it cannot be altered, canceled, or refunded.

2. Non-Refundable Rates: All rates offered for accommodation at Elite Residence are non-refundable. This means that in the event of cancellation, no refunds will be provided, regardless of the circumstances.

3. No Refunds: Under no circumstances will refunds be issued for cancellations, early departures, or no-shows. Whether due to personal reasons, unforeseen circumstances, or any other factors, refunds will not be granted.

4. Damage Charges: Guests are responsible for any damages caused to the property during their stay. Elite Residence reserves the right to charge the credit card on file for the cost of repairing or replacing any damaged items or property.

5. Guest Responsibility: Guests are expected to adhere to all rules and regulations outlined by Elite Residence during their stay. Any violations may result in additional charges or eviction from the property without refund.

6. Payment: Payment for accommodation must be made in full at the time of booking. Elite Residence accepts major credit cards and PayPayl and reserves the right to pre-authorize or charge the provided credit card for the total amount of the reservation.

7. Check-In and Check-Out: Check-in time is from 16:00 onwards, and check-out time is by 10:00. Early check-in or late check-out may be available upon request and subject to availability, but additional charges may apply.

8. Occupancy: The maximum occupancy for each apartment is clearly stated at the time of booking. Guests must adhere to this occupancy limit, and additional charges may apply for exceeding it.

9. Pets: Pets are not allowed unless otherwise stated and agreed upon in advance. Additional charges may apply for pet-friendly accommodations.

10. Changes and Modifications: Elite Residence reserves the right to modify or update these terms and conditions at any time without prior notice. It is the responsibility of the guest to review these terms periodically for any changes.

By making a reservation at Elite Residence in Prague, guests acknowledge that they have read, understood, and agree to abide by these terms and conditions. Failure to comply with these terms may result in additional charges, eviction, or other consequences deemed appropriate by Elite Residence management.
